Digital downloads are generally non-refundable after access is delivered. If a file is defective or cannot be accessed, contact us so we can correct the issue.

Membership cancellations stop future renewals. Charges already completed are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

Strategy-call purchases may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Contact us if an exceptional circumstance prevents you from attending.
